Procurement Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities: Lead the procurement organization for Singapore and Malaysia operations, providing coaching, direction, and escalation support to ensure effective execution and team development. Drive procurement KPI performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), delinquency, push/pull/cancel actions, late release, and purchase price variance (PPV), aligned with business objectives. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, including supplier selection, development, consolidation, and implementation of strategic supplier initiatives. Lead Global Purchase Family or Regional Commodity sourcing activities, with full accountability for sourcing decisions, material deflation targets, and alignment with global and regional strategies.
