Procurement Officer
Description
:Parsons is looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to join the EMEA team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full procurement process related to sub consultancy services for multiple projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Preparation, coordination, submission, and follow-up of all procurement-related documentation including but not limited to procurement forms, technical and commercial requirements, and the sub-consultancy agreement.
Act as the single point of contact between Parsons and the subconsultants.
Responsible for coordinating all communications, addressing queries while ensuring that all contractual, technical, and administrative requirements are fully satisfied.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for consultancy projects
Coordinate extensively with the project management team as well as the design team.
