Job Title: Buyer (Civil Engineering)Job Summary The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for Amelio Group. This role ensures timely procurement at competitive prices while maintaining quality standards and supporting project schedules. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Identify and source suppliers for construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, aggregates, pipes). Obtain and evaluate quotations, tenders, and proposals. Issue purchase orders in line with project requirements. Supplier Management Build and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and subcontractors. Evaluate supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery). Develop alternative suppliers to reduce risk and cost. Cost Control & Negotiation Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
