Procurement Operations Manager - Citrus

SUMMARY: An international cold chain and fruit exporting group is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to manage the full citrus export supply chain, including farmer sourcing and contracting, quality control, packhouse coordination, and international shipping and logistics to overseas markets.

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture Must have previous growing experience within Citrus Previous procurement experience would be preferred Solid understanding of Citrus quality, packing and logistics is required Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel when required The successful candidate will be responsible for: Identifying, contracting with, and supervising local farmers to source high-quality Orange Valencia.
