Procurement Senior Purchaser - Asker

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and value creation.
- Conduct market screening and maintain excellent market knowledge to identify cost-effective suppliers and solutions.
- Consider and draft different contract formats towards suppliers in collaboration with Legal.
- Establishing contract templates for project execution.
- Prepare inquiry documents for major equipment and services in close cooperation with engineering.
- Perform commercial evaluations of quotations, and issue contracts and purchase orders
- Monitor and ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe, cost, and quality.
- Handle risks assessments and deviations
- Ensure all activities comply with Abel’s guidelines, work instructions, and procedures.
- Continuously work on improvements to reduce internal and external risks and costs, enhance delivery quality, and strengthen
collaboration.
