Job Description
- Hold at least 5 years of work experience in Procurement.
- Responsible for procurement of company equipment and supplies according to the specifications and price provided by the requesting party.
- Verify purchase requisitions and compare requested items against master list files for on‑hand items.
- Conduct price canvass from at least two (3) suppliers when no information is available on the master list.
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; if unavailable, obtain recommendations from suppliers for substitute items upon approval of the requesting officer.
- Ensure that items delivered conform to the specifications and quantity ordered from suppliers.
- Prepare payment of purchased items to Finance upon submission of necessary documents from the supplier.
