Procurement Specialist | Pharma MNC | Greenfield Plant Start Up Job Overview:
The Procurement Specialist will handle sourcing and purchasing activities for our new Singapore site, work closely with cross‑functional teams to help procure equipment, raw materials and indirect goods.
Key Responsibilities- Support end‑to‑end purchasing activities: prepare RFQs/RFPs, collect and compare supplier quotations, and recommend suppliers for approval.
- Raise and track purchase orders (POs), follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods/services.
- Assist with tender documentation, basic contract administration and commercial change tracking under manager guidance.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, China project team) to resolve day‑to‑day procurement issues.
