PROCUREMENT STUDENT – SOLAR DISTRICT

Role: Procurement Student – Solar District (8‑16 months, starting September 2026)
Location: Oakville, Ontario

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co‑ordinate and manage project design and procurement processes, including detailed meeting minutes and follow‑ups on open items.
• Review RFP documentation, drawings/diagrams, and specifications for key project requirements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders using PM4+ for RFIs and submittals.
• Assist with material take‑offs, quantity optimisation, and pricing compilation and recaps; streamline processes by converting Excel tools into standard Solar templates.
• Develop and maintain PM4+ procurement dashboards; draft purchase orders and coordinate with estimators and schedulers to ensure budget compliance and delivery timelines.
