Job Description
Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain Manager, the Procurement Team Lead – Strategic Sourcing plans, organize, direct and control the activities of the assigned procurement roles. This includes ensuring the quality and content of the deliverables generated by the team.
Responsibilities include:
Lead a team of Supply Chain professionals performing functions such as Cost Estimating, Buying, Supplier Management, and Strategic Sourcing (or others as assigned)

Coach & mentor team members to achieve and maintain KPI's

Assign, monitor, and balance team workload (schedule, portfolios, capacity planning, vacation planning and approval etc.)

Execute the performance management process with the support and guidance from the Supply Chain Management, including conducting performance reviews, delivering progressive discipline etc.
