Summary About the Position: This position is in the Engineering Support Branch, Specs and Technical Writing Section located in Los Angeles, California. The purpose of this position is to provide expertise as an advisor, planner and coordinator in orderto carry out procurement requirements of the A-E Unit, Specifications and Technical Writing Section,Engineering Division in the Los Angeles District. Recruitment/Relocation incentive may be authorized. Responsibilities Works under general supervision of the Section Chief or a higher-graded Senior A-E Unit Leader who makes assignments in terms of major objectives. Performs technical work requiring the exercise of originality, interpretation, initiative, and practical judgment in the application and adoption of standardized and Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracting techniques.
