About the job Procurement & Warehouse Controller
The Procurement and Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the purchasing activities of the organization. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, Imports and exports and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Work a long side the procurement and warehouse controller in all daily tasks i.e. purchasing, issuing of stock etc.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to obtain the best value.
- Review and approve purchase orders in line with budgetary and operational requirements.
