Planning to sell new products, improving and developing products that are already released.
Marketing research to explore the needs of the target audience and assess market opportunities.
Defining Product Concepts for product development, selling price structure, distribution channel, and marketing communication guidelines.
Coordinating R&D for developing new product formulas.
Coordinating Supply Chain for that products can be sold as planned.
Setting guidelines for marketing communications and supervising following the Product Concept and the target group.
