Product Associate, Client Solutioning

As Product Client Solutioning Associate, you will support the payments product team on product solutioning, integration and post‑sales support for enterprise clients. You will be working closely with stakeholders in the Technology and Sales team to build out requirements that will give customers a holistic experience on our application.

You will be reporting to the Head, Payments Product and working under our entity M‑DAQ Payment Solutions.

• Support pre‑sales product solutioning : Collaborate with the Sales team to understand enterprise client needs and propose tailored product and integration solutions that align with business objectives.
• Assist in post‑sales implementation : Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption of payment and FX solutions.
