Product Designer (Bogotá)

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is highly skilled in solving complex problems, crafting intuitive user experiences, and driving design excellence across enterprise-grade products. You will be a key contributor in shaping the product vision for user-centered supply chain planning systems alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Executive stakeholders.

This role is adecuado for a designer who has experience working on data-heavy, workflow-driven enterprise software built for line of business users, and who thrives in environments where deep systems thinking, clarity, and user empathy matter. You will regularly engage directly with users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the solutions we design meaningfully improve their day-to-day workflows. You will mentor other designers, influence product strategy, and elevate design quality across multiple initiatives.
