OscarMobility is transforming how car rentals work. Instead of traditional rental fleets, we connect local car dealerships with people who need cars, helping dealers monetize idle inventory like unused loaner vehicles and slow-moving stock. Our no cure, no pay model means dealerships only pay when we deliver results.

The model works. We have more than 50,000 users across Europe and are now expanding into the U.S. The challenges ahead are big, and the opportunity to have real impact is even bigger.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Product Designer (PM-Led) to own the full problem-to-prototype cycle at Oscar. This is not a classic PM or a classic designer role. You will define what we build, design how it works, and rapidly build POCs to validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
