We're looking for a Product Designer who can go deep on problems, design with intent, and raise the quality bar on everything they touch. What You'll Work On End-to-end design across complex editorial workflows — from discovery and wireframes to polished, dev-ready specs UX for AI-native product surfaces: surfacing model outputs, managing uncertainty, designing for trust and transparency Building and maintaining a design system that scales across multiple products and user types User research — interviews, usability testing, synthesis — not as a checkbox but as how decisions get made Interaction design and prototyping to communicate and validate ideas before a line of code is written Visual UI work...
