Desired Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years
Location of Requirement: Bangalore
Required Skill: Unigraphics, Plastics and Sheetmetal Design
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Expertise in design of bumper fascia, grilles, and exterior trim parts using Siemens NX, including Class‑A/B/C surfaces, DES( Design Execution) sections
- Strong understanding of plastic component manufacturing and assembly requirement (uniform wall thickness, Draft, sink‑mark control, tooling feasibility (gates, sliders, lifters), and warpage reduction).
- Strong expertise in BIW/sheet metal design including styling surface, surface modeling & master sections
