Product Development Engineer (Hamilton)

Position Description:

This role focuses on the research and development of new membrane technology products, including developing membrane products from concept through design, testing, and eventually commercial launch.

This job is best suited for someone who shows very high initiative and has proven they can come up with creative solutions to problems. Prior experience in a manufacturing/research & development environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, model, and construct manufacturing machines, membrane products, and production equipment
• Perform continuous improvement initiatives
• Understand, operate and troubleshoot machinery/equipment
• Communicate technical knowledge in a transparent and understandable manner
• Work independently and in a team atmosphere
• Commissioning and debugging the start-up of our various projects
