Product development
・ Work closely with Japan HQ and support product R&D, and marketing activities.
・ Research and analyze sales data, competitors' products, market size, customer feedback, and trends.
・ Prepare R&D and marketing documents and report findings to supervisors or HQ.
・ Create and verify manuals, packaging, and product labels in Thai, Japanese, and English.
・ Create concept sheets for new products and share them with relevant stakeholders.
・ Develop recipes to support new product launches and related marketing and promotional activities.
・ Provide product information and training to relevant internal and external parties, such as the local sales team, product consultants, and agencies.
・ Create and manage promotional materials (e.g., POP, artwork, photoshoots and videos) in collaboration
