Job Description
- Lead end-to-end product development for the MPASI (Baby & Toddler Food) category, from concept ideation to commercialization.
- Develop nutritious, safe, and innovative MPASI products in line with BPOM regulations and food safety standards.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Define product formulation, nutritional targets, ingredient selection, and shelf-life requirements.
- Manage product testing, sensory evaluation, and continuous product optimization based on feedback and performance data.
- Ensure all products comply with regulatory, halal, and labeling requirements.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
