Job Title: Product Development Representative SAM 
Job Location: Lima 
Contract type: Permanent 
Main Goal  The purpose of this position is to lead and integrate all Product Development activities for Hazera in South America for all the crops in the territory. You are responsible for driving the commercial success of Hazera’s vegetable seed portfolio by managing both pre-commercial and commercial trials, building strong customer relationships, and serving as the local crop expert. The position bridges technical product development with market-driven sales initiatives to maximize market presence, customer satisfaction, and business growth across the assigned territory. You will be a member of the commercial division, reporting directly to Product Development Manager in LATAM.
