Description
 /Preferred QualificationsProduct engineering serves as the central technical resource collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, technical support, installation, quality, marketing, part supply chain, and field as the product(s) move through the Product Life Cycle. This role will coordinate and work directly with the aforementioned teams to incorporate beneficial serviceability, part supportability, and service business practice improvements into product serviceability.
Influence Designers to adopt features that optimize KLA's Service business: Calibrations, Diagnostics, Cost of Service (CoS), Reliability, IP protection
Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure spares support to our customers (SLA)
Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement, quantify the savings/benefits and implement CIPs to deliver performance at lower costs
