Product Implementation & Success Specialist

Capmont is seeking a Product Specialist in Mexico City, Mexico, responsible for the implementation and support of software platforms. This role includes training users, gathering customer feedback, and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and strong project management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
