Overview

As an Engineering Lead in the Product Incubation Team , you will lead feature‑level engineering delivery for one or more product streams. You will be accountable for translating product requirements and architectural direction into working, high‑quality software, delivered at pace through rapid experimentation and MVP‑driven delivery.

Working at the intersection of product vision, solution architecture, and engineering execution, you will lead the build of digital products that modernize EY’s core ERP and finance platforms. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you guide a small sub‑team of engineers through build, test, and release readiness—while operating confidently in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
