Role Overview The Product Lead will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery across the entire portfolio of PRG products. They will line-manage the product team (BAs, POs, UI/UX & QA) and partner closely with Director R&D and engineering leadership on scope, sequencing, and delivery across all product development initiatives. The role requires strong domain expertise in healthcare and medical billing/RCM, deep product craft, and fluency with modern AI tooling for prototyping, discovery, and design.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related discipline.
A technical background is a strong plus.
Experience
6+ years of product management/development experience.
3+ years in a lead product role (Product Lead, Senior PM, Group PM, Director of Product, or equivalent).
