Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure timely hiring of internal team hiring5+ years minimum of Insurance Industry experience preferably in Agency , DST channel.
• Ensure employee placement of partner hierarchy
• Coordination with partner SPOC for both LI and GI products
• Prepare and monitor training roadmap and ensure execution
• Prepare and monitor Beat plan for ensuring support to the sales team as well as partner RMs for cashiers
• Reviewing usage of CRM leads ,monitor conversion
• Branch audit of ensuring collaterals, branding of insurance products to be available at all branches
• Reviewing sales team prospect base , Slash RTC to drive volumes , ensuring sales call quality
• Alignment meetings , calls with AOMs ,ROMs to drive business
• Identifying markets to drive product bases campaigns, contest etc
• Drive RandR, insurance week across locations to ensure cashier , branch activations
