Product Manager

• Define product specifications, including features, user flows, and digital screen designs.
• Conduct cost-benefit assessments, competitor benchmarking, customer behavior analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Lead the full product development cycle from inception and requirement gathering (BRD/SR) to production launch and stabilization.
• Act as the primary business lead, collaborating across Digital, IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
