Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to own our AI-technology product end-to-end as we scale from early customers to a mature platform. This is a founding product role — you’ll define what gets built, why it gets built, and what good looks like. You’ll work at the intersection of AI systems, compensation domain expertise, and enterprise software, and your decisions will directly shape the trajectory of the company.

We're looking for a Product Manager to:

• Own and maintain the product roadmap across all modules making deliberate prioritization decisions and defending them clearly to engineering, leadership, and customers
• Write and maintain high-quality feature specifications that engineering can actually build from — problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, UX flows, and technical considerations — and drive open questions to resolution before they become blockers
