- Matchbox Consulting Group are currently looking for a Product Manager - Salesforce Data Cloud for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours based in Vancouver.
Resonsibilities:
- Own the roadmap and delivery of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and personalization capabilities
- Develop and scale personalization strategies across web, mobile, email, and paid media
- Build customer segmentation and targeting frameworks using behavioural, lifecycle, and value-based data
- Enable unified customer profiles across e-commerce, CRM, app, and in-store channels
- Partner with engineering and data teams on integrations, data quality, APIs, and audience activation
