Why This Role Matters We have writers, designers, marketeers and sales teams who can execute. What we need is someone to own the story, connect the dots, and make sure every piece of copy actually makes sense to our market. Right now we struggle to align our service with customer persona, brand positioning and marketing copy. This role will take that responsibility, creating clear positioning and ensuring consistency from ad to landing page to email sequence. What You'll Do Messaging & Positioning Build and maintain the CoCountant messaging guide (personas, pains, value props, proof points)
