As a Product Merchandising Lead, your main focus will be to act as the main link between product merchandising, commercial teams, and allocation functions—ensuring accurate stock planning, demand transparency, and efficient replenishment across markets. You oversee allocation and inventory flows, support decision-making with data insights, and help deliver the right products to the right locations at the right time.
This role reports into our Planning Market Manager Supply Planning and is based out of Mexico Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Product merchandising/ commercial support
