Product (Notions) Coordinator

Job Summary

The Product Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Buyer (Notions) by managing product samples, processing purchase orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and internal teams. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating purchase orders, monitoring order status, and coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and update product information in systems, including pricing, order details, incoming goods, price list, memo and planograms.
• Prepare/sending information to Head Office & Stores through a bi-weekly mailbag schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve shipment issues or delays, escalating problems to the Buyer when necessary.
