Job Description

Own and manage the product backlog for assigned product areas, ensuring it is well‑defined, prioritised, and aligned with the product roadmap. Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that enable effective delivery by engineering and QA teams. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define and validate user experience solutions, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities. Conduct and synthesise user research, data analysis, and stakeholder input to inform product decisions and feature prioritisation. Manage product performance by defining KPIs and OKRs, tracking outcomes, and using insights to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate product launches, working with communications and stakeholder teams to ensure effective rollout and post‑launch monitoring.
