About the Role As an (HR) Payroll Product Owner and a vital part of the T&C Technology Extended leadership team, you'll manage key HR products related to T&C Payroll processes and services. By leading the T&C Payroll solution design team, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners to design, implement, and support our payroll application services with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ensuring that they meet our people-focused objectives and enhance stakeholder and employee success. Essential skills encompass knowledge of HR processes through the employee lifecycle, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, prototyping, configuring systems, converting data, testing, and defect management.
