Responsibilities
Solve complex product reliability ad device problems leveraging the subject matter expertise.
Define best known methods (BKMs) for product reliability measurements.
Collaborate with PE and GQ on test coverage and enhancement for RMA and BE fails
Infrastructure needs and driving enhancements to Measurement Framework.
Enhance and establish a system solution to prevent Late and Customer Events
Lead process improvements to achieve the highest PTS yield to achieve BIC TTMCY
Lead process improvements to achieve the highest PG yield and Automotive AE% yield improvement
