Job Overview
We are seeking a Product Safety Engineer to join the Product and Safety Certification team. In this role, you will perform the following tasks and support key functions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Carry out risk assessment according to ISO 12100.
- Support projects that require hazard and risk analysis.
- Assist the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) department with the rescue plan and residual risk register.
- Provide support to Sales for product safety inquiries.
Profile
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the European Machinery Directive and its successor Machinery Regulation, and harmonised standards such as ISO 12100, ISO 14122, ISO 13857.
- Experience using Safexpert software; knowledge of wind energy is welcomed.
