Product Scheduler

The Program Administrator will coordinate, manage, and administer relevant project documentation relating to the Vertiv projects.The role will also support the Program Managers in developing a standard set of procedural documents for utilization on future Vertiv projects.A major part of the role will be Oracle ordering, Procore system development, material tracking, coordinating, and communicating key information for reports and updates.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop with the Program Manager, maintain and effectively communicate a project calendar to include regular scheduled meetings, report dates and key events on the project.Ensure accountabilities are clarified for each calendar item.
- Support the Program Manager as required on ad-hoc requests/issues requiring management.
- Will be responsible to work on all projects to include large complex projects with significant short- and long-term impacts to the business.
