THE ROLE
As the Senior Associate/Associate, Production, you will:
Understand our assortment & business to support in the building of a production plan that accelerates Aritzia’s growth 
Support the team to develop the highest quality product against defined standards, using industry leading practices
Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production lead-times without compromising quality 
Support the team in their negotiations to secure the best possible production margins without compromising quality or lead-times 
Ensure world-class execution, delivering high quality, timely, and cost-effective products
THE QUALIFICATION
The Senior Associate/Associate, Production, has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in production
Comfort and/or interest in order management technology (PLM, ERP)
