the portfolio. This role oversees the product development process from concept creation through market launch,

Product Development and Project Leadership

• Own multiple product development projects simultaneously from ideation through commercialization.

• Establish development timelines, key milestones, and project deliverables while ensuring projects remain

on schedule.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and

external partners to drive successful launches.
