Job Description  
Role: Product Support Engineer 
Experience: 2-5years 
Location: Remote due to Jamaican working hours(7:30pm - 4:00am) 
Summary: 
Excellent Communication Skills using English 
ITIL V3 Foundation 
Production of service documentation 
Client Service Management Exposure 
Interpersonal Skills 
Experience of development & delivery of Service Improvement Plans 
Experience of working with Mission Critical applications 
Knowledge of the various technologies used to deliver services 
Experience of using call tracking/Management system
