Product Support Officer (Product and Services)

Role Overview

As a Product Support Officer, you will sit at the intersection of data science, product innovation, and multi-channel marketing. You will with the designing and implementing data-driven campaigns and targeted product offerings across both digital and traditional banking channels. You will act as the bridge between technical data insights and the customer-facing brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Implementation: Formulate first-level product and service strategies under the direction of the Department Head to enhance the bank’s deposit portfolio.
• Data-Driven Campaigns: Design and execute targeted offerings by leveraging data science insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.
