Role Description




As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a key role at the intersection of engineering, product development, and customer support. You will develop deep technical expertise across MacKay’s product suite, including parking meters and backend management systems, while contributing directly to product improvement and customer success.



This is a hands-on, technically diverse role suited for someone who enjoys understanding how products work end-to-end and engaging directly with both internal teams and external customers.



Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of MacKay’s hardware and software products, including parking meters and the Sentinel management system.
