Job Description: To provide prompt and qualified repair support (repair advice) to the dealership network
On-site diagnosis and repair of problem vehicles, work closely with workshop staff
To submit repair inquiries to the manufacturer with all necessary follow-ups
Review and coaching of technical workshop topics
Active data recording and evaluation as well as detection of new field errors with detailed analyses, field monitoring
Ensure sustainable improvement in technical service processes
Ensure all work carried out comply with safety and quality requirements.
Coordinate with other departments on a variety of projects.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements : Diploma in Automotive engineering or similar discipline preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills
