Production Assistant

**1.Position**:Production Assistant**2.Reports To**:Production Manager**3.Position Objective**:Provide operational and administrative support to the Production Manager to ensure compliance with the production plan, daily KPI tracking, proper shift documentation (especially night shift), and follow-up on deviations in accordance with Nysonian Inc.'s established SOPs.
**4.Role Scope**:The Production Assistant does not make strategic decisions; however, they are responsible for the disciplined execution of control, recording, follow-up, and operational communication processes defined in Nysonian Inc.'s Production SOPs.
**5.Key Responsibilities**:**Daily Planning and Control**:- Follow up on the daily and weekly production plan.
- Record actual production vs. plan by line and by shift.
- Update output, efficiency, and worked-hours indicators.
- Immediately alert the Production Manager of any deviations.
