Join our team as a Production Associate, where you will be involved in the production of yogurt and feta cheese. This role focuses on cutting cheese, specifically slicing and weighing blocks of Feta cheese before packaging.
Responsibilities- Mix ingredients into production machines for yogurt making.
- Hand slice soft goat cheese using knives.
- Weigh and cut blocks of Feta cheese prior to packaging.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food production setting.
- Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Experience in packaging is a plus.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Experience with machine operating and GMP is advantageous.
