Production Coordinator

Job Purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join as a Production Coordinator. The main responsibilities include managing workflow and communication between teams to ensure that product manufacturing complies with internal and customer‑defined safety and quality standards, as well as to guarantee on‑time delivery within the established budget. This position oversees personnel, raw materials, and equipment, acting as a liaison between service departments and ensuring the required production quantities for customers. It also includes monitoring action plans to improve production line productivity, training operational personnel, and ensuring compliance with company and product standards or certifications.
