Production Engineer

Production Planning & Execution:

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and output targets.
• Optimize resource allocation (manpower, machines, and materials) to maximize productivity.

Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot daily production issues and technical problems on the shop floor to minimize downtime.
• Analyse manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement plans.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Maintenance, Quality Control (QC), and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
