We are working with a well-established precision manufacturing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead machining and assembly operations within a fast-paced engineering environment.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on driving operational performance, improving efficiencies, and ensuring high standards across production, quality, and health & safety.

• Lead day‑to‑day machining and production operations across CNC, assembly, and workshop functions
