Job Description
Production & Project Leadership
- Lead custom boat projects from contract award through final delivery.
- Own production schedules, priorities, and day-to-day execution across the shop floor.
- Coordinate production flow, scheduling, and milestone tracking to ensure projects stay on target.
- Follow up with project teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining alignment between Manufacturing, Design, Purchasing, and Leadership teams.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Leads and production leaders.
- Build leadership capability within the shop and create clear accountability across teams.
