Our client is a leading International apparel and footwear company.
Looking for high-potential candidates to join a successful and growing team, an experienced Footwear Production Manager to organize and oversee the footwear production. 
Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing the production process and ensuring high-quality production activities with maximum output.
Organizing all necessary to smooth running of the production and team, including managing and solving the people problems.
Ensuring an efficient and productive production process meets customer requirements.
Coaching supervisor for production management.
Preparing budgets to ensure workflow meet required deadlines.
Assisting, advising, and giving an operation direction and policy to the Production supervisors in achieving the target/goal setting.
Managing products sent to customers on time.
